Apartamento muy completo y muy bien ubicado.
Aspectos positivos: La barbacoa, el parking, la atención del anfitrión, el recibimiento, la ubicación y el apartamenton en general muy bien mantenido y decorado. La lavadora y tendedero muy prácticos y funcionales. La piscina no muy concurrida y la playa a 10 min andando.
Aspectos negativos: Alguna noche de Agosto echamos en falta A/C (o disponer de ventanas abatibles, con niños pequeños hubieran sido perfectas junto con los ventiladores ya disponibles).Algo de ruido por parte de los vecinos pero dentro de lo normal y falta de lavavajillas.

Relax cerca de la playa
Aspectos positivos: La terraza con césped, la situación cerca de una playa fantástica, la disponibilidad de aparcamiento privado, el servicio del anfitrión: respuesta casi inmediata resolviendo cualquier problema. La tranquilidad de la zona por la noche.
Aspectos negativos: Distribución interior: solo un baño no muy grande. Muchas puertas de entrada con llaves diferentes (no es algo problemático, pero tienes que ir siempre con el manojo de llaves). Cuando te toca mantenimiento de los jardines: mucho ruido. No demasiada intimidad, se escucha todo de los vecinos en el jardín.

Excelente apartamento con piscina
Aspectos positivos: La casa está muy completa, muy buena ubicación ,parking privado ,zona muy tranquila ,parrilla de gas en la terraza y lavadora. Además la piscina está a 1’ desde el alojamiento y no está muy concurrida.

Nice holiday house for a family or a group of friends
Aspectos positivos: Nice host Quite and pleasant neighborhood Smart TV with internet access Equipped kitchen corner Small garden yard with seating under gazebo, gass grill! and grass area Private parking place for 1 car 10 mins walk down a mild hill to the Maspalomas beach - clean, sandy, gradual entrance to the sea, suitable for small kids, with bars and restaurants at the promenade right next to it and an active lifeguard duty Private clean pool with salty water and sunbeds and umbrellas, incl. small pool for little kids (35 cm deep) Many shopping opportunities even in a walking distance Nice and comfy place to spend your holiday. Definitely recommend!

An amazing stay
Aspectos positivos: It was an amazing stay. The house is just great—very well equipped with everything you need. It’s in a really peaceful area close to the beach, and the terrace is amazing. There were also lots of thoughtful complimentary touches waiting for us. I’d really recommend this stay!

Aspectos positivos: You can find anything you need at the property, clean and very good location as well, we were really enjoyed our stay. A couple of words about the owner also, Luis is just an amazing person, we asked if we have a chance to stay longer and pay for one more night, because our flight was really late and he allowed us to stay longer without any additional charge! He is a very kind and nice person, I will definitely be back.

Such a lovely place to stay
Aspectos positivos: What an amazing house. Very spacious, clean, and well looked after. The decor was nice. Both bedrooms were really good sizes. The kitchen was very well equipped. We have a really comfortable and relaxing stay. The owner was amazing and answered any questions we had very quickly and clearly. The location is great. The pool is really big and quiet and is easily accessed from the back garden. I would definitely recommend this property, and we look forward to our next stay.

Aspectos positivos: The house is very cozy, with a spacious garden, a pool with few people, and private parking. It has a great location, close to the beach and Jumbo. The cleanliness was perfect, and Luis was very professional.
