Aspectos positivos: El cuidado de los detalles, como el olor rico de toda la ropa de cama y lo bonito que está todo. La ubicación es muy buena; cerca del centro y del comienzo de rutas de senderismo. Muy bien la atención también.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación a 5min caminando de la basilica del Pino, la limpieza y bastante cómodo.
Aspectos negativos: Por poner un pero, el plato de ducha un pelín pequeño.

Estancia agradable
Aspectos positivos: Limpio y acogedor. Bien equipado. Ideal para 2 o 3 personas. Terracita para disfrutar de la tarde. Ubicado en zona tranquila con entidad de campo. Facilidades para entrada temprana y salida tardía. Comunicación fluida con propietarios. Detalle de bienvenida.
Aspectos negativos: A 5 minutos andando del centro de Teror pero por una cuesta empinada. Ducha muy estrecha, pero para corta estancia está bien.

Aspectos positivos: La zona era muy bonita, y a pesar del calor que estábamos pasando en Çanarias, la casa eran tan fresquita! Daba gusto estar allí. Nuestros anfitriones super amables! Esperamos volver pronto!

Great place to enjoy Teror and the surrounding area for a few days
Aspectos positivos: Spacious and comfortable, isolated from tourist center (but only a 5-7 walk to the plaza. Equipped kitchen which allowed us having breakfast and dinner at the apartment (as we woke up early and most places were closed in the evenings). Easy to find parking space just outside.
Aspectos negativos: Only that the shower sometimes was a challenge to keep the water off the floor in the bathroom :)

Ten night winter stay in Teror
Aspectos positivos: Stunning scenic quiet location , open views to the front , walks from the front door and by using the local buses to walk from Artenara, Arucas and Vega de San Mateo. Spotlessly clean , well appointed kitchen with gas hob and microwave. Washing machine with liquid tabs .Reliable WiFi. Comfy lounge area . Excellent responses from host to resolve issues with heating and limited hot water from shower . Complimentary carton of milk , bottle of wine and mineral water . Pleasant sun terrace to front . Quiet and self contained accommodation.
Aspectos negativos: For a stay during January the heating is inadequate. There is only one radiator for three medium sized rooms excepting the small bathroom . The radiator was unplugged when I arrived in the evening and the property was too cold. The radiator is on a timer which is impossible for guests to operate to suit themselves. There are no instructions how to operate the radiator. An additional radiator needs to be purchased for guests to switch on and off as necessary for the bedroom which simply put is too cold for a winter stay without adequate heating . If you leave open the bedroom door into the living room then that room gets cold : you have to keep the bedroom door shut otherwise the living room is too cold. Guests staying during the winter need to be able to adequately heat the accommodation including the bedroom and that is simply not possible with just the one radiator in a four roomed property.
