Aspectos positivos: Great location and views over Teror and Las Palmas. Shame the weather didn't warrant use of the pool.

Aspectos negativos: Only negative is the house was cold on the whole, and the hot water for showers gets used up quickly. But the Canarian weather would normally mean this isn't an issue (we arrived after walking in the rain). Definitely wouldn't stop us from returning.

Aspectos positivos: Casa Aya is a picturesque home oozing with charm. It is spacious and well equipped. It has outdoor and indoor play areas; the private pool is naturally a huge plus (provided the weather is good enough!) Special mention to Saul, who welcomed us in such a friendly manner we will probably visit again if we ever go back to Gran Canaria!

Aspectos negativos: The location is both an asset and a drawback: the house being built on the heights of the city, it offers a gorgeous view on Teror and its surroundings. It is also a few metres away from a beautiful natural park. The downside is precisely its height: the streets leading to the house are pretty steep and narrow (something an inexperienced driver could find problematic), and walking back from the town centre does demand a little effort.

Aspectos positivos: Very nice Spanish style house, very hateful owner and amazing location maybe bit hard go get there but the view.

Aspectos positivos: Big apartment with bedroom, bathroome, kitchen and sitting roome amazing view on the top of the Teror, you can see Las Palmas from there. It is on the top of Teror and road to get there is challenging. When it is no raining you can go for walk to the park it is just out of the door. Very quick respond from owner ,littery after booking we get a message on what's up. Great service.

Aspectos positivos: The house is located in Teror, offering a superbly comfortable and clean accommodation with all the necessary amenities. Nearby, there's a beautiful park or forest adorned with Canarian pine trees and other lush vegetation. The highlight of the property is its inviting swimming pool, providing guests with a picturesque view of the surroundings. Accessing the house by car is convenient, although a small portion of the driveway inclined sharply upward, which posed no issue for me. Alternatively, it's just a pleasant 5-minute walk from the parking area. Overall, it's a wonderful retreat amidst nature, perfect for a relaxing getaway.

A fab stay in the hills above Teror

Aspectos positivos: Great views from the pool. The owner was friendly along with his nephew (who spoke English and showed us around). Lots of information WhatsApp'd to us after we arrived about the local area. The bed was extremely comfortable. Quite an old building with lots of character, high ceilings and exposed rock built walls. WiFi was easy to connect to and a very good speed. The owner gave us a cd of his music when we left, plus they provided water, a bottle of wine, coffee pods and other bits for us to use during our stay which was really nice. The town was well equipped with many shops, restaurants, cafes and not too far to walk to, the hill is quite steep though so a level of fitness is required.

Aspectos negativos: The shower was a little weak. Some form of seating or sunbeds on the roof terrace would be amazing as it's great up there but nowhere to sit/lay down.

Aspectos positivos: The host (Saúl) along with the home owner, made sure to give us a warm welcome, provided us with coffee, and gave us a lovely tour around the property. Great getaway for a couple or family. Scenic view of Terror next to a pool. Parking was also made available and close to a footpath shortcut for a visit into the town. Really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend.
