Relaxing villa holiday
Aspectos positivos: The villa was perfect, 3 large bedrooms, 2 en-suites plus an extra shower room and a toilet in the garden. Plenty of outdoor seating and the pool was a perfect size/depth. Beds were comfortable and the entire villa was very clean. There is air con in all rooms. The kitchen had extras supplied such as condiments and cleaning products, which not all villas have included. There’s a nice little bar opposite the villa, a mini supermarket and an Italian restaurant at the end of the street. however, for any additional bars/resturants or a spar/hiperdino it’s a 10 minute walk, which is a flat walk and wasn’t an issue. The area is very quiet.
Aspectos negativos: The electrics tripped twice during our stay, the second time I had to contact the owner but she was responsive and helped me rectify the issue. Cleaners attempt to gain access to the villa twice throughout a week, which is ok, however they take 2 hours to clean which feels intrusive and unnecessary in my opinion. The second time, 48hours after the first clean, I turned them away as did not want it impacting our day. On the final day, check out is 11:00, I’d informed the owner we would be vacating at 09:45, however, cleaners arrived at 09:15 and let themselves in whilst we were getting ready to vacate, I found this unacceptable. I did message the owner to state this but did not get a response.

Excellent well appointed villa for extended stays to explore the entire Gran Canaria!
Aspectos positivos: Villa was in a nice, quiet location but within easy walking distance to nice swimming beaches, restaurants, bars and grocery shopping. The villa was nicely appointed with quality furnishings, beds/linen/towels, and kitchen equipment. Plenty of room inside and outside the villa for all guests. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms/showers (two ensuite) and large double beds. The swimming pool was great and the walled perimeter gave a lot of privacy. The outdoor furniture was good quality and very comfortable. Beatriz was always easy to contact via WhatsApp and provided great help and assistance. The parking inside the walled perimeter was great, and meant I didn't have to worry about parking the rental car on the street.
Aspectos negativos: In all honesty, nothing negative to report. Some reviewers have mentioned limited space for clothes, etc. But the owner/manager must have solved this problem as we all had plenty of space for clothes and suitcases in our bedrooms.

A lovely house, in a quiet but accessible part of the town.
Aspectos positivos: Wonderful to watch the sun rise over the sea and set across the town from the roof. The house is lovely, quiet but accessible, with everything you need.
Aspectos negativos: The fence is fabulous for privacy but when open probably attracts more interest from people walking along the promenade than if it was one way glass (like the windows, which work brilliantly but do mean you have to be inside not to be stared at if the fence is open)

Heerlijke, rustige plek aan zee, voorzien van alle gemakken!
Aspectos positivos: De ligging aan de boulevard is geweldig; uitzicht op zee en het geluid van de golven! Ook het zwembad is heerlijk en schoon, wordt goed onderhouden. De schoonmaakster komt 3 maal per week, het is nog net geen hotel op deze manier! Lekkere bedden, iedere slaapkamer (3) zijn eigen badkamer en de keuken is voorzien van alle gemakken. Het is ook nog eens gezellig ingericht en ook buiten is het meubilair heel volledig!
Aspectos negativos: Misschien de overdaad aan licht in de tuin ‘s avonds maar als je dat wilde, kon je de tijdschakelaar uitzetten, dus was ook op te lossen
