Aspectos positivos: La terraza, la amplitud de la casa y el entorno donde se encuentra.

Aspectos negativos: Las almohadas son demasiado finas. La ventana de la habitación no tiene oscurecedor, por el estor que hay pasa toda la luz y que la puerta de la terraza no tenga llave.

Aspectos positivos: We had a fantastic stay! The apartment boasts a huge terrace with stunning views of the ocean and Tenerife, complete with sun loungers for ultimate relaxation. The space is incredibly spacious, offering plenty of room to unwind, and the kitchen is very well-equipped—everything you could need, and even ice was prepared for us, which we greatly appreciated (though it would have been perfect if there was also salt and olive oil). The apartment comes with its own dedicated parking space, which was very convenient. It was spotlessly clean, and we were impressed to find a washing machine with laundry supplies provided—a thoughtful touch. Overall, this is truly one of the best places we’ve stayed. Highly recommended despite this minor inconvenience!

Aspectos negativos: The only downside was the door locks. As others have mentioned, they are quite problematic, requiring a lot of patience to unlock. It's a pity that the owners haven't addressed this issue, as it detracts slightly from an otherwise perfect experience.

Big speceous apartment with excellent view and facilities, some minor annoyances.

Aspectos positivos: Nice big appertment, big patio, very nice view! Parking and good wifi.

Aspectos negativos: No working coffee machine/pot. Very quarrelsome keys/locks, espec. outer doors. Need replacement. No exact adresse stated in the booking confirmation. No table on the patio.

Aspectos positivos: Fantastische Terrasse. Gut gelegen mit moderaten Wegen zu den Restaurants und zur Promenade. Ausstattung ist sehr gut und die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gepflegt. Ruhig und abseits der großen Touristischen Zentren von Gran Canaria

Aspectos positivos: Die Lage ist wirklich gut. Man kann zum Felsenschwimmbad in 5 min laufen und zu mehren Restaurants. Die Dachgeschosswohnung ist sehr ruhig. Man hört nur das Meeresrauschen.

Aspectos negativos: Die Wohnung ist kaum zu finden. Warum die genaue Adresse bei booking nicht hinterlegt ist erschließt sich nicht. Drei Türen müssen aufgeschlossen werden. Die ersten beiden Schlösser funktionieren nicht mehr richtig. Man braucht Geduld. Für eine Ferienwohnung nicht akzeptabel. Wenn man jedoch einmal hinein gekommen ist es sehr schön.

Tolle Lage mit genialer Dachterrasse.

Aspectos positivos: Sehr großzügiges Apartment mit einer wunderbaren Dachterrasse mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. In 10 Minuten zu Fuß am Meer entlang gab es eine gute Auswahl an Restaurants im Hafen. Insgesamt ein sehr gut gelegenes Apartment in ruhiger Lage. Rundum empfehlenswert.

Alles insgesamt sehr gut und völlig abseits vom Massentourismus.

Aspectos positivos: Die Dachterrasse ist wirklich wunderschön, mit Blick über den Atlantik und bei klarer Sicht bis Teneriffa. Sehr ruhige Lage, nur Meeresrauschen, die Naturschwimmbecken in 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die Küche ist recht gut ausgestattet, eine Plancha Grillplatte vorhanden.

Aspectos negativos: 3 Türen bis zur Wohnung und 3 verschiedene Schließzylinder und alle funktionieren nicht einwandfrei. Ein Wasserkocher wäre hilfreich.
