Aspectos positivos: Nice, comfy apartment with all the appliances and stuff you need for a longer stay. Loved the modern design, the walk in shower and the terrace. Quiet enough, a light pizza smell from the restaurant down below it, didn't bother me at all. Close to the Yumbo, not far to walk to the dunes. Shops and everything a few minutes away. Easy to arrange check in.

Aspectos positivos: Newly renovated appartement with attention to small details (external AC unit hidden inside cabinet in balcony not to produce heat and noise). Great just Sergio, always helpful in any situation.

Aspectos positivos: Proche des bus et du centre commercial. L’hôte, nous a bien aidé lorsqu’il y avait un problème à résoudre . Très réactif .

Comfort, everything you need for a comfortable stay, great location and very responsive host.
Aspectos positivos: We stayed for 6 nights. Everything was perfect, an initial repair of the toilet seat was necessary and It was dealt with within one hour of reporting the issue. The apartment was immaculate and had everything we needed. The balcony is also a perfect outdoor space, large enough for dinner and enjoying the warm April weather. Sergio was very easy to communicate with and had a speedy response every time. Would definitely recommend and would stay here again. Location is a 20 min walk to the beach perfect for getting your steps in. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores close by including a great Pizza/Italian restaurant in the building that was really good. Thanks for a great stay!!

Aspectos positivos: Selten habe ich eine so gute Unterkunft erlebt. Die Ausstattung und Qualität sind top. Keine ärgerlichen Kleinigkeiten wie nicht funktionierender Duschabfluss, Fernseher oder Klimaanlage. Alles war super. Dazu die gute Lage, bequemes Bett und zuvorkommender Besitzer. Klare Weiterempehlung.

Aspectos positivos: L’appartamento è esattamente come nelle foto: curato nei minimi dettagli e molto funzionale. L’arredamento è nuovo, i letti sono comodi ed è provvisto di tutto il necessario. La posizione è ottima: si possono raggiungere le dune a piedi e la zona è ricca di bar, ristoranti, supermercati e locali di ogni genere. Pur trovandosi su una via abbastanza trafficata, la notte resta silenzioso. È inoltre possibile accedere gratuitamente alla piscina del condominio. Sergio è un host puntuale, presente e disponibile nel momento del bisogno.

Jag reste för att få omväxling från vardagen och få vila. Och det fick jag i sällskap med hunden.
Aspectos positivos: Modern lägenhet med allt som behövdes. Värden, Sergio både hjälpsam och vänlig. Grannarna vänliga och trevliga. En massa matställen precis i närheten. Lagom promenad till stranden. Nära både buss och butiker, för mig helt perfekt. Min hund älskade att se ut från balkongen på utelivet, när vi var inne den hetaste tiden på dygnet. Super bra med tvättmaskin och två airconditioner. Det finns en jätte god pizzeria på bottenvåningen och även kafe med frukost och lunch.. Frisör, manikyr, predikar och även en osteopat i samma hus. Rent. Tryggt också, huset är bemannat med nattvakt. Extra bra var det att man kunde köpa dricksvatten direkt av personal som ringde på dörren, smidigt. Poolen lagom stor och ren.
Aspectos negativos: Beklagar, har inget negativt att berätta om boendet. Trivdes bra och kommer åka dit igen.
