Buena ubicación y cómodo

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación está muy bien, al lado del Yumbo y cerca de la playa. La piscina de la comunidad es muy tranquila y el apartamento tiene todo lo necesario. Teniamos toallas de ducha y también para la piscina. Se agradece que haya aire acondicionado y el anfitrión nos dejó hacer el check in un poco antes ya que llegábamos a Maspalomas con tiempo. Repetiría.

Canarias nunca defrauda

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación es excelente, la cama enorme y la terraza muy agradable y con protección para el viento. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario.

Aspectos negativos: El baño tiene un permanente olor a alcantarilla que resulta muy desagradable.

Everything was spot on!.. and Balint a great host!

Aspectos positivos: Everything was perfect, from the key lock check procedure, to how to find the apartment. And the apartment itself was clean and modern, and perfectly located!

Aspectos positivos: Great location. Clean. Well equipped kitchen. Helpful host.

Aspectos positivos: Good placement, 15 minutes walk to ocean. Spar store in 300m. Fast service - after sending whatsapp message I got additional blanket in 4 minutes! Big fridge, nice balcony, Good swimming pool. Hoster Sergio allowed us to stay here until 16:00 as we had to move to other accomodation and our room there wasn't ready at 11:00.

Aspectos negativos: Be prepared to take time to seek for parking place at evenings - sometimes took 10 minutes to find a place and walk 7-8 minutes to apatment. But still acceptable.

Aspectos positivos: Je n'ai vu personne, à l'arrivée, comme au départ, j'ai laissé l'appartement propre, sauf un sac poubelle fermé dans l'appartement, car je suis partie à 6 heures du matin et j'avais peur d'aller seule dans le local poubelles. J'ai laissé les clefs dans la boîte à lettres 304. Je n'ai vu personne de booking.com, c'est un peu sec, quand même comme accueil! C'est la première fois que je vis cela.

Aspectos negativos: Voir plus haut! Par ailleurs aucune information sur les transports. C'est pourtant simple, le bus 66 vers l'aéroport partant de l'arrêt face à l'appartement.

Aspectos positivos: L'emplacement, la propreté, un propriétaire agréable qui nous a donné toutes les infos nécessaires

Aspectos positivos: Alles hat uns gut gefallen. Wir können die Wohnung sehr empfehlen.

Second time in Maspalomas!

Aspectos positivos: Nice apartment, very central location Has all the basics: TV, WIFI, A/C -very important- Kitchen with space to cook if you want: Pots, Coffee maker, fridge, plates & cups.... Washer, cleaning stuff, etc. Bus stop to the Gran Canarias Airport, right across the street The apartment is good for 1-2 people at the most Several restaurants and a supermarket on main street -Tirajana-

Aspectos negativos: The washer was a little tricky to manage it. The bathroom has a sewage odor that goes to the bedroom. I found long hairs in the bedroom and living room. To go to the elevators -and then, to the apartment-, you have to take a set of stairs down. This will be hard for mature people.
