Aspectos positivos: Fantastic position with beach over the road and shops and restaurants close by. Communication with owner was very good. Comfortable and clean

Aspectos negativos: Main bedroom would benefit from a mirror.

Fantastic stay

Aspectos positivos: The location is exceptional right on the beach, lovely garden to relax on sun loungers, although right in the middle of puerto rico the accommodation is very private and quite, would definitely stay here again, and the host marta was very helpful.

Aspectos negativos: The only criticism I could give is lack of an information booklet for how stuff works or taxi numbers etc

Lovely apartment, highly recommended

Aspectos positivos: In many ways the perfect apartment, centrally located only seconds from the beach and a couple of minutes walk to the harbour for boat trips or ferries, yet within a private enclave with grassy area and swimming pool. The apartment is light and spacious, extremely well equipped with a small but functional kitchen. Good air conditioning. Private car parking space.

Perfect location, well appointed with friendly and helpful host.

Aspectos positivos: Perfect location. Well appointed property with extras such as beach towels, washing machine, hairdryer etc. Shared pool was lovely, a good size and quiet which was helped by the fact many other properties were not occupied when we were there. Very near the beach and Spar and only a short walk from the commercial centres. We preferred being a little walk from the main commercial centres as the area was calmer and there were still great bars and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Marta the host was helpful and friendly.

Aspectos negativos: The air-conditioning in the bedrooms didn't work for most of our stay. To be fair, Marta was very helpful but the delay was largely due to the aircon technician not being available. Thankfully there were also fans in the bedrooms which helped. Due to having to keep the windows open, the back bedroom was quite noisy with the road and people crossing the bridge just outside. I don't think this would have been an issue if the aircon was working so the window could be shut. Bed in main bedroom is very firm.

Aspectos positivos: Location. Beach towels, hairdryer, washing machine, coffee machine, glasses, large fridge, dish washer, extra toilet downstairs, big bedrooms, full length mirror in living room. Extra stocks like toilet roll, softner and water to get you started. Fans in both bedrooms, air conditioning in living room and bedrooms. Right in front of pool. Sunbeds and chairs. Excellent beach bar across the road. Close to spar for essentials. Peaceful gardens.

Aspectos negativos: No mirror in main bedroom. No lock on main bathroom. Downstairs shower doesn't work. Blinds in livingroom need sorted. Couldn't get music system to work but got music through the TV.

Amazing apartment, best location in Puerto Rico!

Aspectos positivos: The location is amazing, located in a beautiful garden right next to a wonderful pool and to the beach. The host, Marta, was simply fantastic during our stay. I can only give Marta and the apartment my very best recommendations.

Great apartment, great location

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is well presented and right in front of the pool. Excellent location just steps.from beach, bars and local.shop whilst being private and quiet. 2 lovely bathrooms, ideal when travelling with teenage girls, hot water was plentiful. Kitchen fully equipped and great to have dishwasher tablets, washing powder, dish soap, and plenty of toilet tolls to make our stay that little bit easier.

Aspectos negativos: For our liking, the matress in the main bedroom was too firm, an optional.topper would have made a real difference to the quality of our sleep.

Aspectos positivos: Rewelacyjna lokalizacja, wspaniały widok z sypialni. Dostępność parkingu i basenu. Plaża i ocean w bardzo bliskiej odległości. Szybkie WiFi. W apartamencie dostępna zmywarka, pralka, taras, meble ogrodowe. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni z pobytu i na pewno powrócimy :)
