Overall a very pleasant stay.
Aspectos positivos: Location was perfect for restaurants. Clean and modern plus a double bed! Meet by friendly greeter.
Aspectos negativos: It is a little on the expensive side for long stays. The bed sheets are a bit small for the bed. Towels had a funky smell and needed washing several times. Noisy neighbours on final nights.

Fabulous and comfortable stay with all the modern conveniences you could need.
Aspectos positivos: David greeted us promptly and had the keys ready, making check-in effortless. This was our second stay at the apartment, and it was exactly as we remembered—spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. It truly feels like a home away from home.
Aspectos negativos: The only minor drawback we noticed was the Wi-Fi. Since it’s shared across the building, the bandwidth can occasionally feel limited during peak times. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but something to keep in mind if you rely heavily on a fast connection.

Aspectos positivos: My experience has been nothing short of delightful, and I wanted to share my positive feedback. This is my second time staying in this apartment. Firstly, the location is excellent. The neighborhood is vibrant, and the proximity to local amenities has made my daily routine much more convenient. The apartment itself is not only well-maintained, but the overall experience of renting from your company has been smooth and hassle-free. Overall, I'm truly grateful for the positive staying experience your apartment has provided. It's more than just a place to stay for a couple of weeks; it feels like a home. Und hat es sehr gut gefallen und würden es wieder buchen beim nächsten Besuch.
Aspectos positivos: Sehr schönes, sauberes und stilvolles Apartment, hat alles was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheke, Bushaltestelle, Gastronomie alles in zwei Minuten zu erreichen. Am Strand ist man in 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Absolut ruhig obwohl es an einer Hauptstraße liegt. Sehr saubere Poolanlage mit beheiztem Wasser. David hat uns nett empfangen und alles erklärt.
Aspectos negativos: Die Pool Öffnungszeit könnte etwas länger sein.

Pihentető nyaralás, kiváló apartman
Aspectos positivos: Az apartman kiváló helyen van. Az utcában boltok, éttermek, mégis nagyon csendes a lakás. Az erkélyre reggel odasütött a nap, nagyon jó volt itt kávézni és közben gyönyörködni a kertben. A medencerészt is használtuk egy napig, amely tágas, nyugodt, illetve hihetetlenül tiszta, mint ahogyan az egész ház, illetve lakás is. Az ágymatracok a legkényelmesebbek voltak az eddigi utazásainkhoz képes, így kipihenten érkeztünk haza. Ha legközelebb utazunk Gran Canáriára - és biztosan fogunk :), akkor próbálunk majd ismét ide foglalni. A lakásban minden megtalálható amely hosszabb tartózkodás során is szükséges. A szállásadóval What's upon könnyű a kommunikáció. Köszönünk mindent.
Aspectos negativos: Ha negatívumot kell írnom, akkor jó volna ha nem egy pléd volna az ágyon, hanem biztosított lenne kettő külön paplan. A még jobb alvás minősége miatt. Egy kicsit fáztunk éjjel, de megoldottuk mivel vásároltunk egy plédet :). Illetve a konyhába egy vágódeszkára volna még szükség. De ez már tényleg csak apróság.
