Vacaciones de ensueño
Aspectos positivos: Apartamento increíble, con menaje de cocina nuevo completo, electrodomésticos buenísimos, muebles cómodos, televisión gigante, terraza muy acogedora, maravillosas vistas al mar, y una piscina grande, limpia y muy tranquila, así como el apartamento. Hay un entorno fantástico de ocio con restaurantes y varios centros comerciales por la zona. Si quieres pasar unas vacaciones de relax y a la vez de diversión, este es tu lugar. Mención especial para Alexsandra, que nos trató con esmero, con exquisita amabilidad, facilitándonos todo y siempre a nuestra disposición para hacernos la estancia más cómoda y completa. Sin duda, volveré.

Aspectos positivos: Todo. Sin duda lo recomiendo y volveré a ir, el apartamento acogedor, en la piscina no había mucha gente y la ubicación es perfecta para todo lo que desees hacer.
Aspectos negativos: No pude ver la televisión en español.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, with plenty of natural light throughout the day. The layout is practical and comfortable, making it easy to feel at home right away. The location is a huge plus — it’s conveniently situated near shops, public transport, and local amenities. Highly recommended.

Excellent Appartment within a clean and tidy facility
Aspectos positivos: Well appointed - close to Dunes and beach. Shops/restaurants nearby with good value for money food. Great facilities in the Appartment - great big TV and comfy bed and well equipped kitchen.
Aspectos negativos: The on site parking was a little tricky at times but ok with patience and a few three point turns.

A Grand stay in Gran Canaria
Aspectos positivos: The attention to detail in the apartment and most of all in customer relations. Andre was punctual and cordial in his pre arrival messages, and Alexandra was on top of her game upon my arrival. The apartment is maybe a 5 minute walk to the observation point. Surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies, all essentials are close by. The apartment is cozy, very well furnished, and has a balcony overlooking the Av. Di Tirajana. Alexandra is available 24/7 if ever anything arises. Thank you very much Andre and Alexandra Great place to stay. Levon

Aspectos positivos: Location near seafront & the Cita centre. Alexandra, the lady who represented the owner, was very friendly, cheerful, helpful ,always available and kept the apartment spotless. Very well equipped, lots of extras.
Aspectos negativos: I would have preferred a little more privacy on the balcony

Tolles Apartment in super Lage von Maspalomas 🙂
Aspectos positivos: Schönes Apartment in super Lage von Maspalomas. Die Wohnung hat alles was man sich wünschen kann. Auf dem kleinen Balkon kann man morgens toll frühstücken und auch Badehoße und Handtücher trocknen lassen. Riesiger Fernseher im Hauptzimmer, den wir leider gar nicht genutzt haben. Ansonsten gibt es einen Kleiderschrank mit viel Staumöglichkeiten, so dass keine Koffer im Weg liegen. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl und einen schönen Pool zur Mitnutzung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr hilfsbereite Gastgeber.
Aspectos negativos: Check-In nur mit Gastgeber möglich. Wir haben aber auch nur kurz warten müssen, was somit auch in Ordnung war. Eine der beiden Matratzen ist sehr durchgelegen und sollte vielleicht bald ausgetauscht werden.

Aspectos positivos: Wir verbrachten vier herrliche Wochen in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie war sehr sauber und es war alles vorhanden, dass man sich wohlfühlen konnte. Der Service und die Lage sind ebenfalls perfekt.
