Great apartment in good location and well managed.

Aspectos positivos: Good communication from the managing agent. Easy access to property. Everything needed was there plus some extra nice touches. Excellent location.

Aspectos negativos: There’s no air conditioning or heating as far as I could see. Not an issue for me in March but something to consider in hot or cold times. The bedroom needs a blind or curtains as direct sunlight early morning means you can’t sleep in if you want to. Told the agent about this. Hot water runs out during a shower, but was very hot to start.

Aspectos positivos: The staff was very helpful. Beds are very comfortable. We had everything what was needed. Location was also good

Aspectos positivos: Location near the beach, clean, well equipped kitchen. Quiet, had a good sleep.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is located in the residential and safe Soymar complex, close to amenities, 5 minutes walking to Maspalomas dunes, and 25 mins walking to the stunning Maspalomas beach. Clean and comfortable, the 1st floor apartment offers a balcony with a view on the enclosed swimming pool , and provides all it's needed for self-catering. The hosts are very friendly and helpful, on this occasion they allowed an early check-in. Perfect for relaxation, remote working, and a great holiday. I'll use it willingly again in the future. Thank you.

Bon séjour appartement confortable et bien situé

Aspectos positivos: Logement bien équipé et propre. La localisation est super proche du centre et à côté des dunes.

Aspectos negativos: Promiscuité des balcons, odeur des cigarettes quand les voisins fumes . Du bruit venant des autres balcons.

Super Apartment, alles unkompliziert

Aspectos positivos: War alles sehr unkompliziert. Schlüssel wurde hinterlassen und Anweisungen liefern über WhatsApp mit den Vermietern des Apartments. Auch das Auschecken war sehr einfach gehalten. Das Apartment war sehr zentral und man konnte alles gut erreichen. Die öffentliche Bushaltestelle war 2 Minuten Gehweg entfernt. Das Apartment war mit den nötigsten ausgestattet. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen und würde es immer wieder buchen 👍

Aspectos negativos: Zwischendurch funktionierte das Zahlenschloss an der Forte zum Grundstück nicht. Deswegen sollte man immer den Schlüssel dabei haben.

Appartement cosy, proche des dunes, bus, plages

Aspectos positivos: L'appartement est cosy, très bien agencé et très bien entretenu. Il ne manque rien comme ustensiles dans la.cuisine. Vous avez de quoi laver et etendre.votre linge dehors. Il y a aussi un parasol à votre dispostion pour la.plage. Des petits plus qui font la différence ! I-appartement est dans un endroit calme mais très bien placé ! La piscine est nettoyée chaque jour Les arrêts de bus sont tout proche. Vous avez restaurants, et magasins tout proche. Le centre cita est à 400m et le centre yumbo est un peu plus loin (même reste proche tout de même) Vous ne manquerez de rien sur place Les dunes sont toutes proche aussi Pierre est d'une très grande réactivité si.vous faites appel à lui et est très gentil Je ne peux que.vous recommander cet appartement !

Aspectos positivos: Eine tolle Lage - unweit vom Strand und Einkaufszentrum. Küchenausstattung - alles was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist der Kontakt mit dem Betreiber - er hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Auch super geeignet für die Remote-Arbeit - in der Wohnküche gibt es einen großen Tisch, an dem ich auch arbeiten konnte.

Aspectos negativos: Die meisten Möbel sind zwar ein bisschen alt, aber das Bett war trotzdem bequem.

Séjour très agréable.
