Ubicación perfecta
Aspectos positivos: El apartamento está en una ubicación inmejorable (a 2 minutos de la entrada de las dunas y a 10 del Yumbo), con parking incluido aunque en la calle se puede aparcar sin problema (al menos por la noche, cuando se va la gente de la playa). Las camas son cómodas, el edificio es tranquilo, el anfitrión está disponible para dudas y aunque pequeño, el espacio es suficiente para una semana. Volveríamos sin duda.
Aspectos negativos: Tuvimos que comprar nuestro propio gel y champú porque no había en el apartamento. Los condimentos de cocina eran muy escasos (un poco de aceite, azucar, sal y pimienta en grano), y la cafetera italiana es enana, teniamos que hacer dos cada mañana. Deberían cambiar la tapa del inodoro porque no ajusta bien, y la mampara es poco útil, es muy incómodo ducharse intentando conseguir que no se salga el agua por todas partes.

Una opción de alojamiento acertada y en buena ubicación.
Aspectos positivos: Buena ubicación, además de ser un alojamiento cómodo y limpio.
Aspectos negativos: He echado en falta más juegos de toallas, gel de baño y plancha. Por lo demás todo bien.

Close enough to everything but far enough to not be disturbed by it.
Aspectos positivos: The location was perfect for us. Easy access to the dunes and beach, plenty of eateries and supermarkets close by, but not too close to the noisier areas. The apartment itself was lovely. Clean and modern with everything we needed. The balcony had the afternoon sun and was a perfect setting for sunset drinks.
Aspectos negativos: We had trouble with the TVs - but that's probably because we don't speak/read Spanish (-so OUR problem really). It didn't really matter because after a day on the beach and dinner out we were pretty tired when we were back at the apartment.

Wonderful, clean, safe and quiet place in a great location!
Aspectos positivos: It’s clean, it’s quiet and you get to use the pool! I the doors and gates closing at certain times in the evening I also felt super safe. The view from the corridor is stunning with sea visible behind the palm trees. The view from the apartment balcony is of the pool - it was lovely to wake up and see people enjoying the morning sun by the pool. The communication from the owner was excellent and clear too!
Aspectos negativos: I think the shower drain needs a little unblocking as when the shower was fully open the water started to flood the bathroom floor.

Aspectos positivos: Great, quiet apartment. You find everything you need there. Excellent communication, one feels taken care of. Washing machine a big plus. We recommend the apartment wholeheartedly.

Aspectos negativos: Car parking was a bit of a nightmare and the apartment would really of benefited from air conditioning throughout as opposed to a ceiling fan in just the bedroom

Aspectos positivos: Very well equiped. It was very practical that some toiletries, detergent and oil was provided. Parking place included (although if your car is not small you may have a bad time but there is also plenty of free street parking behind the building). Easy flexible check-in/out.
Aspectos negativos: The floor gets sand quite fast because it is so close to the dunes

Great location, extremely modern & clean & fantastic staff
Aspectos positivos: The property was extremely clean, modern and was a great location! Really happy to have stayed here. The staff were extremely friendly and responsive during the stay, and checking in to make sure everything was going smoothly!
Aspectos negativos: EXTREMELY minor, but the shower is designed in a way that water ran out of the shower so the mat was wet after every use.

Aspectos positivos: Amazing little apartment, very clean and modern with a fresh smell , ideally situated a five minute walk to the cita shopping centre or again a five minute walk to the start of the trail to the beach , has a small bar on site next to the pool , the owner was super attentive asking if he could help with anything throughout our stay.
