Breve pero intensa estancia en Gran Canaria

Aspectos positivos: El alojamiento era muy espacioso y tenía todo tipo de detalles. Lo que más nos gustó fue el servicio, muy atento y servicial con nuestras peticiones, y muy simpática la chica que nos atendió desde el principio.

Aspectos negativos: La ducha del baño se atascaba un poco y el primer día se salió un poco de agua, por lo demás, todo perfecto.

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento nuevo, muy amplio y limpio, cómodo y tranquilo. Buen desayuno y el personal muy amable. Se encuentra un poco alejado del meollo turístico, en uno de los barrios de Maspalomas (El Tablero), pero eso no es obstáculo. En coche, a unos cinco minutos del Faro y de la playa. Nuestra estancia de una semana fue muy satisfactoria.

Aspectos negativos: Al principio, nos sorprendió la ubicación y ciertas condiciones (no hay piscina, pero sí solárium para tomar el sol en una amplia azotea, no dispone de cocina en el apartamento), pero después nos encantó haberlo elegido por lo que anteriormente he descrito. Recomendable. K

Aspectos positivos: EL PERSONAL ES ENCANTADOR, TE SIENTES COMO EN TU PROPIA CASA. LAS HABITACIONES SON UN AUTÉNTICO LUJO, PERFECTAMENTE EQUIPADAS Y TODO TOTALMENTE NUEVO, CAMA ESPECTACULAR, CLIMATIZACIÓN PERFECTA, BAÑO INCREÍBLE, LA RESTAURACIÓN ES DE LO MEJOR QUE HE VISTO DE TODOS LOS HOTELES QUE HE VISITADO A MANOS DE ELKHALIL COMO JEFE DE COCINA, LA ATENCIÓN DE LUANA Y JONATHAN COMO JEFE DE BAR Y NICLA COMO JEFA DE ADMINISTRACIÓN QUE FUE ENCANTADORA EN TODO MOMENTO... PARA REPETIR SIEMPRE... ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Si tuviera que ir otra vez a Gran Canaria lo volvería a elegir otra vez

Aspectos positivos: El personal,el desayuno,la tranquilidad,lo cómodo que te hacen sentir la recionista,camarero,cocinera,cocinero, Karin es muy amable y sin Panticosa el solarium con vistas al mar y a la montaña todo genial Lo recomendamos

Aspectos negativos: Que no tuviera puerta 🚪 el lavabo nunca avistó un hotel asin

Aspectos positivos: I like that it’s a modern, newly built property with a clean and well-thought-out design. Not very common in the Canary Islands, to be honest. I also like the half board they offer: quantity of food is impressive and they offer Italian cuisine with many options. Staff is super nice, very attentive and really kind.

Aspectos negativos: The WiFi network was not working in my room (I could not even connect the TV. I had two video calls with friends and family and I could not make it because of the poor network). But WiFi network was perfectly working at the restaurant though. About the location: I knew it was in a municipality and I chose it on purpose but it was not very easy to park in the street from 20:00 h onwards. Moreover, there are some construction works ongoing, in the main street where the hotel is located. The hotel cannot control that but it has an impact when trying to park and the noises from 8:00 am are a bit disturbing.

Great stay away from other tourists

Aspectos positivos: Good location out of the most touristic areas, still easy to catch the bus outside the hotel and be there in a few minutes. Superb italian restaurant with great food and wines with owners and staff that are service oriented and social. I got very good service and they helped me out with a desk to work at, just as a surprise. It meant a lot. Staff is always available via Whatsapp. I had problems with a light, that was fixed rapidly. Recommended!

Aspectos negativos: Nothing to complain about. Some people complain about the location, I think it is perfect and with a feeling that normal working people actually live there and the kids go to school.

Aspectos positivos: Everything was good. Checkin simple and automated made everything hassle free. Service was great. Would come again for sure. The location was good to branch out from and experience the area without too many issues. All in all enjoyable experience.

Aspectos negativos: Nearby road work at the time was mildly inconvenient, but that happens everywhere and not the property's fault.

Aspectos positivos: facilities were good and liked the aesthetic! and staff were so freely and attentive honestly those two women and the other staff were amazing - they made me feel special about my birthday and were just so nice!

Aspectos positivos: First of all I have to say the staff were brilliant really went out of there way for me hotel was spotless breakfast was great can not fault it
