Todo perfecto salvo el anfitrión

Aspectos positivos: El apartamento es perfecto para pasar unos dias. Yumbo y supermarkets a 5 minutos caminando. El jardin tiene sol practicamente hasta las 16:00/17:00h. Estuvimos en Febrero y una temperatura de 22/23 grados. Muy agradable

Aspectos negativos: No tengo nada malo que decir del alojamiento. Un mueble de la cocina aún está por reparar (alguien lo mencionaba en anteriores reseñas) Al anfitrión, en este caso una empresa grande, le recomendaria que se preocupara un poco mas por los huéspedes. No tuve ningún mensaje a mi llegada ni durante toda la semana de si estaba todo correcto o si necesitábamos algo.

Una experiencia muy buena

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento muy amplio, cómodo y excelentemente equipado. Podrías irte allí a vivir y no echarías en falta nada de lo que tiene cualquier hogar. Camas cómodas, aire acondicionado en todas las estancias (aunque nosotros no lo pusimos ni una sola vez) y muchísima tranquilidad en la urbanización (última semana de mayo). A unos 5 minutos en coche de la playa de Maspalomas y con el Yumbo a escasos metros también,con restaurantes y tiendas a mano. Hemos estado muy a gusto, lo recomendaría sin duda.

Aspectos negativos: Salvo un pequeño incidente de comunicación informático con la agencia, que se resolvió sin problema, todo fue como la seda.

Aspectos positivos: La ubicación y la tranquilidad, todo súper limpio y cómodo, la verdad que mucho mejor que los apartamentos que hemos estado en maspalomas

Great stay!

Aspectos positivos: The apartment is great! Very specious, well equipped (you really have all the amenities you could possibly think of available), with great beds and 2 bathrooms what makes a big difference for a bigger family. Lovely terrace with direct access to the pool is a big advantage! Location is excellent too, walking distance to the beach and Dunes, beach promenade (great for strolling and running), shops and restaurants just around the corner. We were also welcomed with sweets and wine which was a lovely gesture from the host.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing that I would mention here is that you do not really have a direct contact to the host. As the apartment is managed by a big company and trying to call them is already a challange….. choosing from keyboard menu which dept. you wanna contact. The Watsapp is answered by bot… So we had a situation that I couldn’t get the check in instructions as the card I provided was not possible to be blocked for payment which I didn’t know until I made a direct call in which I asked directly what is the issue, as I was just receiving new links for payment (I think after you paid already for a stay and provided the card for deposit….you start to be suspicious with more payment links …) and WhatsApp bot was not getting my point…. So I would appreciate more direct contact and human touch less bot and corporate procedures :)

A perfectly equipped, spacious apartment with a wonderful host—we had absolutely everything needed !

Aspectos positivos: I am positively surprised by how well-equipped this apartment is. It is perfect for people who would like to prepare their own breakfast or dinner if they don't feel like eating out. To be honest , we found absolutely everything we needed to fully enjoy our holiday, including items many other places do not offer. The host was very nice and helpful. We appreciated the spacious three bedrooms, nice clean bathrooms, and well-organized common areas and both gardens.

Peacful place

Aspectos positivos: Property located at a nice quiet street, but many shops and restaurants nearby. Beach in a walkable distance, approx 15 min. Place has all needed equipment and things to feel like home, comfortable beds. Terrace is a big bonus to hang out and enjoy sun. Very good that it has two bathrooms in case bigger group of family/friends is visiting the accommodation. Additionally it was warm and welcoming to find place to be decorated with christmas vibe and sweets as a gift. It made the arrival even more special :)

Aspectos negativos: As for recommendation the place would benefit from deeper cleaning between stays as some parts of walls, corners were quite dusty, unclean, but it didn't ruin overall our good feeling.

Aspectos positivos: 2nd stay at this bungalow, great place, everything you need. Nice and quiet complex but very close to yumbo and the nightlife

Excellent!

Aspectos positivos: It has a great location and comes with all the amenities you need including extra linen and keys. Loved the private garden area for sunbathing and literally next to the swimming pool. I really enjoyed my stay there.

Aspectos negativos: The only thing I could say here is to increase hygiene of the apartment as I saw a few cockroaches in bathroom and on my bed too. That definitely made me a bit uncomfortable! Also, I feel the filter of the air conditioner in the room with 2 single beds needs to be cleaned regularly.

Great trip, loved the property and location, would re-book this venue for a return trip

Aspectos positivos: Ottima struttura in zona centrale di Mas Palomas vicino le dune e centri commerciali. Parcheggio sempre disponibile di fronte alla struttura. Leggermente carente la pulizia in certe zone della casa.
