Aspectos positivos: Comunicacion con el administrador inmediata. Piso soleado todo el dia. Buenas vistas. Tiene todo lo que necesitas en una vacacion lo tiene. Camas muy comodas. Silencioso.

Aspectos positivos: Ha sido una experiencia muy buena El apartamento muy bien situado,buenas vistas,tranquilo,equipado y muy limpio. La atención de Eric muy buena y amable. Sin duda recomendamos este apartamento y sin duda repetiremos.

Aspectos negativos: View and location. View - you were looking at the Riu Palace which we thought looked lovely Location - short walk to beach, shops, restaurants and night life Apartment - had everything you need for self catering.

Aspectos positivos: Very clean, very well equipped with many basics that were not considered necessary for a comfortable stay. Excellent.

A perfect place and location.

Aspectos positivos: The apartment has a great location, just a short walk from the dunes and major facilities such as grocery shops and restaurants. It is a convenient place for a couple—quiet and offering a nice view of the surroundings. The bed is large and comfortable.

Aspectos negativos: A slightly larger sofa or an additional armchair would be a nice addition.

Aspectos positivos: The pool area is maintained to a high level although it's not a heated pool of was warm enough for a swim around 11am when the sun is over it.Pool open 10am to 6pm. There is Paco's bar open Wed to Saturday coffee 2euros cola 3.45 euros.We didn't use the bar as cheaper to buy at the local supermarket. The apartment has a lovely big fridge \\freezer so worth travelling to Lidl or supermacado in St Augustin and doing a weekly shop. Eric our host was super helpful and came at an arranged time each week to change bed linen and towels. He went the extra mile and helped me find an naturopath whilst I was staying there.The kitchen is well equipped and there is a dining table inside which can seat 4 (if you invite friends for dinner)and another in the small but adequate balcony. There is a washing machine and two clothes dryer stands so easy to do your own clothes washing. Located on the 6th floor via stairs (if you want to keep fit) or via 2 lifts.

Aspectos negativos: A few hooks on the front door might be beneficial to hang jackets and bags (although there is plenty of space to hang them in the bedroom wardrobes)

Fantastic freshly renovated top floor apartment with all day balcony sunshine

Aspectos positivos: Recently renovated very comfortable and well appointed, clean, fresh apartment. Large very comfortable bed. Amazing views from balcony.

A very enjoyable trip in a nice part of Playa del Inglas

Aspectos positivos: Its a great location as close to the famous dunes.There is a nice walk along the promenade to Playa del Inglas beach also.Its a nice walk the other way through the dunes on the path towards Playa de Maspalomas.I found the bedroom very quiet for sleeping at night.The nightlife is all further up the road bars around the Yumbo etc. about 15 minute walk.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, very quiet, great host. I would definitely return.

Aspectos positivos: Eric was an excellent host. He contacted me a few days before arrival to get timings and when we arrived he was waiting for us and gave a very friendly and efficient explanation of everything we need to know

Aspectos positivos: Hervorragende Lage, alles ist vorhanden, um vollkommen unabhängig zu sein. Der Ansprechpartner Eric ist sehr zuverlässig und reagiert äußerst schnell.

Aspectos negativos: Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer sollten erneuert werden.
