Aspectos positivos: La ubicación cerca del centro comercial. La proximidad a la playa. La piscina estaba en muy buenas condiciones.

Aspectos negativos: La verdad es que me gustaría que tuviera un servicio de limpieza incluido en el precio. El precio es un poco elevado.

Bonito y cómodo apartamento en zona de San Agustín-Las Burras

Aspectos positivos: Apartamento con una buena ubicación a 3 minutos de paseo marítimo San Agustín-Las Burras, playa San Agustín a 10 mnts y playa de Las Burras a 5 mnts. Al lado de CC con supermercados, cafeterías, restaurantes. Amplia cocina-salón-comedor, luminoso, cocina muy bien equipada, Smart TV, nevera grande. Terraza con trozo de jardín, muebles para comer fuera o tomar el sol. Baño bien equipado, ducha con buena presión. Lavadora y utensilios de limpieza. Dormitorio con cama muy cómoda y amplios armarios. A pesar de estar al lado del centro comercial y calle con mucho tráfico no se oye ruido alguno. Vecinos muy respetuosos y silenciosos. Piscina bonita y limpia. Comunicación con alojamiento rápida y eficaz, contestaron a todas nuestras preguntas o dudas.

Aspectos negativos: Sería recomendable una segunda puerta de tela metálica en la entrada principal para no tener que cerrar la puerta (por si hace viento) que hace que el salon quede sin ventilación. No tiene aire acondicionado, en verano en esa zona hace muchísimo calor. Lavamonos del baño incómodo, se sale agua y moja el mueble.

Great apartment in an excellent location

Aspectos positivos: 2nd stay here and I am very happy to say that the negative (minimally so) comments that I made the first time had all been rectified. Property was spotless, we had extra towels, some basic condiments were available in the kitchen area. We arrived late but staff remained available (online) to ensure that we managed to access the property- really appreciated that. Property is in an excellent location - close to the beach, promenade, supermarkets and restaurants.

Aspectos negativos: The bed is on the small side - but there is no space for a larger one. It is also overpriced but reflective of the area and time of year.

Well located apartment in a good condition

Aspectos positivos: The property is located on a corner so we were not sure which entrance to go to - to collect the keys, but we found them easily enough. The apartment is a good size in a quiet block with some residents and some rented apartments. Lovely terrace for breakfast, and large relaxing pool area. Very prompt replies from the host to any questions. The apartment is just across the road from a shopping centre with various restaurants (I recommend the Indian), and 3 supermarkets. Oh and the most important 5 minutes walk to the beach :))

Aspectos negativos: Bed is on the small size, no beach towels (I already mentioned this to the host), and there was only 1 mat for the pool. Bathroom could have been cleaner, and some basic kitchen supplies (coffee/tea/pepper/salt), would have been appreciated.

Aspectos positivos: Location, the view, terrace, and the bed was comfortable. Very clean and nice place overall!
